Step 1:
Go to ISSA landing page located
at ww.issa.ce.philips.com

Step 2:
Click `Service Network support’

In the `Welcome to Service
Network Support page’, enter
your email ID and Password and
click Login.

Note:
If you do not have an Email ID/
Password, pls follow the given
instructions.

Step 4:
Now you arrive at the
landing page of Service
Network Support.

In the Model number


area, type the CTN
(commercial Type
Number), either in full or
part of.

Chassis number is for


TV products only.

Note:

Step 5:
Since we type RQ1050,
all versions of that
model are listed here.

Choose the appropriate


version by clicking on
the Product number.
