PROJECT OVERVIEW

The proposed project seeks to analyze the usual shortcoming of the existing manual process of the Grace Montessori School Of Novaliches, This research hopes to address the questions: how accurate in the manual student accounting system of the school and how long it does usually take for a student to get paid going through all the transactions. With an computerized student accounting system the student may no longer wait for several hours to be paid, because in computerized system all the information of the student in payment are encoded to the system the users only need to do is to enter the name or the ID no. of the student then the system displays all bills of the students, the system can also compute the total payment and the remaining balance of the student. You dont need to write and make manual receipt because the system will print a receipt in every transaction.
