Severity 1: No external help required, can treat or manage the incident onsite. Should be monitored for any worsening developments. Severity 2: External help required for non-urgent evacuation. Treat onsite as best as can, monitor patient and contact CIC to arrange evacuation to clinic or home. Contingency plan may be needed to organise remainder of the group. Severity 3: Life threatening, external help and immediate evacuation required. Set off EPIRB and SPOT device, call 000 on sat phone and contact CIC, wait for help to arrive and monitor and try to stabilize patient. Ensure continued safety of the remainder of the group and reassure them
