guide his contact no Mailid ,Faculty guide , etc The Weekly Report should consist of following factors: Progress Report,Target assigned to you, achievement ,plan for next week,feedback etc For eg;you can draft one like this Ist week In the first week we /i was told to observe the ......and get an idea of so&so.....asked us to maintain discipline whatsoever happens .Mr x with(designation )asked to report to him what we observed in the first week after the completion of first week . During the second week of my Summer internship programme i was assigned respective sections by my Industry Guide I also learned this week about the HR/MKT/FIN principals how that can be implemented etc.....................
