BSNL Recruited Employee Salary Analysis: After 2nd PRC

1) Serving Financial Benefit: a) BASIC: (with Annual @3% Increments) b) DA: (IDA increased with CPI Quarterly)

2) House Allowances : a) HRA: @ 30% for A1 Cities, @ 20% of A & B Cities, @ 10% of C Cities

3) Medical Facilities a) Medical : maximum {(Basic + DA)*25/30} per year [ For With Boucher] b) Medical : Maximum {(Basic + DA)*12.5/30} per year [ For Without Boucher] - Discontinued

4) Perk & Allowances: (maximum 50% of Basic as per DPE) a) CCA: Discontinued b) Entertainment Allowance: Discontinued c) PUA: @2% Basic d) Travel Allowance: Rs 800 for E1A & Rs. 1400 for above E1A {For Class A1/A Cities} e) Training Allowance: @ 15% of Basic But Now @7.5% of Basic f) Furnishing Allowance: In case of Transfer <500 Km @ 50%, 100 Km to 500 Km @37.5%, >100 Km @ 25% of Basic g) Rural Duty Allowance : Rs. 2000 pm for Below E3 Scale h) North East & Ladakh Allowance : @ 12.5% of Basic i) Bad Climate Allowance : Rs. 240 pm for Below E3 Scale
