It's basically singles between a hand and your kick.

Keep the pulse with your left foot and from there you just work on seamlessly switching between different subdivisions. For example, assume a quarter note pulse with you left foot. From there, a measure of sixteenth note triplets between your right hand and kick. Then maybe a measure of quintuplets. Etc Etc. I bump up the tempo when I my endurance lets me continue for two minutes without pause (it's a lot longer than you think). If you get that down, you can try incorporating rudiments into the hand part (Mike does this in many of his coordination exercises). For example, paradiddles would be RKLKRKRK LKRKLKLK.
