Memory Jogger

1. Go through your cell phone and look at all your contacts

2. Go through your email. Look at your inbox, trash, sent items, and deleted items
3. Make a list of the following:
a. Family
b. Friends
c. Neighbors
d. Teachers or people that work at the schools
e. Associates from work both current and previous employment
f. People in volunteer positions in the community
g. Car mechanics
h. Delivery drivers
i. Truck drivers
j. Home builders or people who work in the construction industry
k. People you know from clubs/sports/or other interest groups
l. People who own an RV or motor home
m.People you always see in the grocery store
n. People you always see at the gym
o. High School alumni
p. College roommates
q. People you know that commute to work
r. People who own a truck
s. People who drive the same car as you
t. People you know with children
u. People you know who currently work 2 jobs
v. People who would like to work from home
w.People who own their own business
x. People you have done business with in the past 6 months
y. People who own a boat
z. Professionals you work with (i.e.: doctors, lawyers, dentists, orthodontists, etc)

4. Make a list of all 50 states and try to list at least 1 person you know from each state
5. Make a list of every letter in the alphabet and try to list at least 1 person you know who’s first name
begins with each letter of the alphabet. Repeat this exercise with last names.
