I conducted investigations and interviews, collected evidence, made arrests of violators and assisted prosecutors in the trial procedure, which included court appearances. I helped educate the public and other law enforcement officials as an instructor. I received several awards while employed, including the Distinguished Service Award in 1992 and Award of Valor in 1998 Davis & Finley Law Offices, Omaha Nebraska May, 2003 April 2006 As an associate attorney with James Martin Davis and Beau G Finley, I have helped in trial preparation, drafted many differing legal memorandum and documents, assisted in trials, negotiated settlements, investigated cases, interviewed clients, conducted depositions, and prepared and argued over 40 briefs; including briefs to the Nebraska Appellate Court, Nebraska Supreme Court, Iowa Supreme Court, Eighth Circuit Court and the United States Supreme Court. I conducted my first solo Federal Jury Trial in January 2005, and am currently on the CJA panel. Sadle Law Office, Omaha Nebraska May, 2006- Present As a solo practitioner I handle all criminal cases, including City, State and Federal trials. I represent juveniles and their families in Juvenile Court. I also handle Personal Injury cases, Liquor License violations and after hours permits. I am a certified mediator and negotiator and can handle complex negotiations as well as all family mediations required by the Courts.
