A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF XAVIER UNIVERSITY-ECONOMICS SOCIETY ELECTORAL COMMISSION OFFICERS ----------------------------------------------------------------13 July 2013

WHEREAS, Article 7, Section 1J.2 of 2005 XU-Economics Society Charter specifies that The Chief Commissioner which is called today as the Election Officer of the XU- ECOSOC Electoral Commission shall be appointed by the President and shall be treated along with its members as officers of the society as well. WHEREAS, Mr. Jhon Louie B. Sabal, president of XU-Economics Society for AY 2013-2014, in compliance to the mandate of the 2005 XU-ECOSOC Charter, submitted to the Legislative Council his appointees for the positions of Election Officer and Deputy Election Officer respectively: To wit: Mr. Julius D. Cameros AB Economics 4 Election Officer Mr. James Michael C. Ecuasion AB Economics-4 Deputy Election Officer WHEREAS, the Legislative Council finds the appointees mentioned herein qualified in handling the given positions. WHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the appointment of Mr. Julius D. Cameros as the XU-ECOSOC Election Officer and Mr. James Michael C. Ecuasion as Deputy Election Officer has been approved. FURTHER, upon the release of this resolution, they may start performing the duties and responsibilities inherent to the positions as Electoral Commission Officers.
