Coco Mango

Ingredients: 2 cups chop ripe mangoes cup chop buko cup condense milk 2 tbls. Unflavored gelatin cup buko juice cup evaporated milk cup sugar

Procedure:

Combine first three ingredients in a bowl and let stand for 3 minutes. In a saucepan, dissolved gelatin in buko juice, add evaporated milk and sugar. Cook until gelatin is completely dissolved, remove from the heat, and pour into the fruit mixture stir to mix. And pour into gelatine mold. Refrigerate until set.
