I am requesting funding for continuation of a certified forensics laboratory in Fiscal Year 2010. The
entity to receive funding for this project is Claflin University, located at 400 Magnolia St, Orangeburg ,
SC 29115. The funding will be used to support and strengthen the joint services of the laboratory aiding
the education, research, and outreach missions of the university while providing support to regional law
enforcement agencies. This project would be a good federal investment. I certify that neither I nor my
spouse has any financial interest in this project.
