The program creates 16/32 bit SDT schematics depending on user selection.

The library is in 32 bit binary LIB format. The SRC format is also provided and can be used to export the design to Protel and other schematic programs that can't read 32 bit libraries. To import the design in Orcad Capture: 1. Select 'File > Open > Design" in Orcad Capture 2. Open the 'File of type' box at the bottom of the file selector. and choose 'SDT Schematic (*.sch)' 3. Select the Export folder created by WinQcad and the main schematic file (wiht the SCH extension). The program transforms a multipage flat design into a hierarchical one. If you dislike hierarchy, you can restore the original flat design by performing the following steps in Orcad Capture: 1. Delete the dummy root page of the main schematic 2. Move all other pages to this schematic 3. Delete all other schematics For steps 2 and 3, use the Control key to make multiple selections. For non Orcad Capture platforms, just delete the dummy root schematic.
