I learned about this job through your advertisement posted in the newspaper. I am very excited about the possibility of working in your establishment to learn useful kitchen techniques and skills. I wish to pursue culinary for my secondary-schooling and having had worked with a restaurant of your standards, it would look more then impressive on my college applications. Ive had multiple forms of culinary experience and am Food Safe certified. Catering for parties, cooking/baking for my school in Caf and generally cooking for my family and myself. Cashier was one of the main jobs I was responsible for in the Caf; during lunch hour, we have a rush of students and teachers in the Caf and for a first-year student, I managed to keep up with the rush as well as any thirdyear students. Not only do I have the experience for the job, but I have the motivation and passion; I get enjoyment from cooking.
