Iftheequipmentroomisequippedwithracksandantistaticfloorboards, usedownwardcablingmode.Ifupwardcablingmodeisused,needto installacablingrack/cablingladderattheupperpartofthecabinetand routethecablesinthecablingrack. Cablingpositionshouldbedesignedinadvance.Thecablesshouldbe arrangedorderly,andtheirskinshouldnotbedamaged. Externalcablesincludepowercables,tailfibers,trunkcables,andother signalcables.Cablesinthecablingrackshouldbecategorizedand bundled,shouldnotbecrossedeachother.Cablesshouldbefixedby cableties.Bundlingintervalshouldbe20cm. Bendingpositionofeachcableshouldbeevenandsmooth.The minimumbendingradius=60mm. Cablesshouldbebundledorderlyandstraightly.Cabletiesshouldbe distributedatregularintervals,andtightenedmoderately.

Donotpulltheoptical fibercablefromthe innersideofthecoil becausethecablemay gettangled.

Carefullyreleasethe opticalfibercablecoil aftercoilwhileis gentlypulledupthe tower.

Ifthecableis tangled,carefully untangleitand makesurethe bendingradiusis atleast200mm.

Topasstroughenginneringpasstroughholes,twooperatorsshouldcooperateatthetwo sidesofthewalltothreadtheopticalfibercablesthroughholesinthewallorfeederoutlets smoothly:onepullsthecableandtheotherreleasesthecablecoilaftercoilsothatthecable willnotgettangled.Donotpullcablefromtheconnectors.

Donotbundlethe opticalcabletoo tightly.Otherwise, opticallosswillbe increased.

Iftheopticalcables arelaidoutdoors, theyshallbebundled togetherwiththe powercableswith antiultraviolettiesor clamps.Theintervals betweenadjacent ties/clipsshouldbe consistently500mm.

Step1:Removethe dustproofcap,holdthe LCconnectorwiththe thumbandthe forefinger,andinsertthe connectorinthecorrect direction(ifitisinserted successfully,youcan hearacrispsound).

Presshereto unplugtheLC connector.

Note:Opticalmodulesof differentkindsof equipmentmayhave differentdirections.Please carefullydistinguishthe directionbeforeinserting theconnector.

Holdthetwoflank sideswheninserting theLCconnector.

Checkthetwosub cablestomakesure theyarenottangled. Theycanhavea slightcurvature.

Step2:Gentlyinsertthe innersleeveintothe opticalport.
