Exposure to air causes evaporation that can provide an effective cooling effect for hours. INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Remove Ice Tape from package. 2. Wrap Ice Tape around affected area (do not cover Ice tape). 3. Ice Tape will adhere to itself when held together for 10 seconds. REUSE INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Restore Ice Tape in included reseal able bag. 2. Add 3 tsp. of water and reseal. Ideal for inflammatory responses associated with arthritis, tendonitis and other soft tissue injuries.
