Coarsely grind in a mixer and keep aside. 2. Combine the potatoes with 1 teaspoon of the oil in another microwave-proof plate and microwave on high for 8 minutes, mixing twice in between. Keep aside. 3. Combine the remaining oil, dry red chillies, turmeric powder and ground poppy seeds in a microwave-proof bowl, mix well and microwave on high for minute. 4. Add the potatoes and salt, mix well and microwave on high for 1 minute. 5. Serve hot.
