ENTREPRENEURSHIP EDUCATION "STUDENT GROUP ACTIVITIES TRAINING REPORT PREPARATION PLANNING Firstly,in the frame of working Schedule ,English

textures were translated into Turkish and some cultural adaptations were done.The activities were held in 5 sessions by adding an introduction activity.The activities were planned to be held by 2 Trainers and 4 Teachers supports.. Posters and brochures about the project were prepared by the Directorate of National Education and were hung on the project partners buildings Training ,To be more effective; - Weekly lesson planning school program and timetable were taken to make good planning, - Students Participating in the study groups were selected in collaboration with school teachers, -Training location was identified , - A list of materials which would be used in activities were prepared and delivered to the project coordinator, - We visited the school administrator to arrange Program days and Schedule. -We arranged the program Schedule and sent to the concerned people.. Implementaton o Training has been held in 3 days and 5 sessions. o Each activity lasted for 1,5 hour. The activies are ; 1-Introduction, 2--Note Paper Factory, o 3-Survival, 4 - The Long Tower, 5-The Best Egg Protector. o -7th grade students (13 years old), 54 students and six groups were formed. MONITORING AND EVALUATION OF EVENTS 1. INTRODUCTION ACTVTY - EDUCATORS OBSERVATIONS The planned ntroduction activity aimed at strengthening the communication between practitioners and students to become acquainted before the events,. The band also had the opportunity to perform preliminary preparation before starting work. The result of this study is thought to reach its purpose. 2. NOTE PAPER FACTORY Event Evaluation Form as a result of feedback from the students are below: The answers to the question of What did you learn today? - I noticed the importance of working as a group. (30 students) - I understood the importance of joint decision making and planning (14 students) - I learned the importance of solidarity. (4 students) - Before starting a job, I learned that one should not rush. (3 students) -I learned the importance of listening. (2 students) - I learned Everyone may have different learning skills (1 student) - I learned the importance of the leader. (1 student)

3-SURVVAL The answers to the question of What did you learn today? - How we discuss One problem in groups, , how we act within the group (4) - I learned that the group needs more important than the individual requirement for us. (11) - I learned that group work helps to think quickly. (3) - I learned the importance of Solidarity, unity and togetherness. (6) -I learned that we should be respectful of each other's thoughts. (8) What is the most important feature for Successful Group? - To take the idea and show respect for everyone, (9) - To listen to each other and co-decision, (14) - To empathize with, not to be selfish and power of persuasion, (2) - Be open to discussion, (6) - Discuss and give importance to different opinions in a democratic way, (7) - Being a good listener. (4 students) - I learned that group working is enjoyable.(7 students) - I learned the importance of developing the plan and strategy before starting work.(8 students) - I learned the importance of listening. (2 students) -I learned that the more idea the better results would be. I learned that everyone's ideas is valuable (4 students) -I've learned to not to give up and continue until the end-. EDUCATORS OBSERVATIONS In general,the students didnt have difficulty in distribution of tasks and could take codecision.It has been observed that n some groups the dominance of group leaders motivated the participants in negative way.Almost nearly all groups couldnt use the given time properly in all activities. They acted impatiently in planning. At the beginning of the fourth activity,We took Students who have demonstrated leadership qualities in each group into the same group to see how they behave when they are in the same group .As they discussed too much during the activities and couldnt cooperate ,they werent successful enough.. In particular, in the last two activities, the students increased their motivation, the group worked in harmony. Studies have shown that these activities could create a positive impact on peer cooperation, conflict resolution, communication skills and collaboration skills. In this sense, "Entrepreneurship Education" training meets with the developmental needs of students.
