Job Description

Job Title: Division: Reports to: CLIENT COORDINATOR OPERATIONS CLINIC MANAGER Location: Grade: Direct Reportees: KAYA SKIN CLINICS FRONTLINE NONE

Job purpose: Client Coordinator runs many of the processes related to the administration & front desk management at the clinic.

Primary responsibilities: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. Interfaces with Clients at the front end of the clinic. Meets clients for explaining services, takes calls and appointments Handles billing at the front desk Handles & reconciles sales cash & petty cash Maintains clinic specific reports Responsible for achieving share of the Sales revenue & Service Quality targets of clinic Rostering of team schedules Inventory & Stock management Out calling to promote new schemes/ offers

Qualification: Experience: Special/Any other requirements:

Graduate. 2 to 4+ years in front desk management, sales, administration, GRE, Customer Service/ Customer Loyalty, Educational counseling, Training Academy coordinators. Must have a pleasing personality and be presentable & pleasant. Skin should be good without any pimples, acne, scars or pigmentation.
