1. Purpose To establish a uniform and consistent methodology with regard to use of statistical techniques for establishing, controlling and verifying process capability and product characterstics. 2. Scope This quality system covers procedures where statistical techniques are to be used as a tool to facilitate decision making. 3. Responsibility Management Representatives (MR) of PMI. 4. 4.2 At specified frequency, the statistical analysis shall be done on ERP and the outcome shall be discussed in MR Meeting with senior management team of PMI.
