Mr. Beaied was contacted and he informed me a witness had come forward inthe Witbolsfeugen homicide. Mr. Beaird tated Kelly Moffett and her attomey John O'Connor came to his office earlier today and offered Kelly's testimony in exchange for immunity fom prosecution, Apoarently, Xelly Motfett was present when Anastasia Witbolsfeugen was killed and witnessed the killing (Mr, Beaird requested I respond to his office on 09-20-00 at 1000 hrs, to discuss the case with him and Assistant Prosecutor Amy McGowan.
