TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BOOKING OF CHANDIGARH POLICE BAND

Charges for One hour Rs. 2300/Rs. 1800/-

Charges for Two hours Rs. 3800/Rs. 3050/-

The Police Band can be booked by a person with the recommendation of Gazetted Officer of Chandigarh Police. The department has the right to cancel the booking of band without assigning any reason. Department also has the right to accept/reject the application for booking of band, without assigning any reason. The amount is required to be deposited in advance at the time of booking. 20% amount shall be charged in case the band is to be got cancelled and 10% in case of change in the date and time. The Police Band shall not march along with Barrat, procession etc. Proper seating arrangement is required to be made for the band party inside the venue of function. The party may contact Incharge Brass/Pipe Band on telephone No. 2791108 before the time of actual engagement to ensure that the band reaches in time. The services of police band can be utilized only in the area of Chandigarh.
