The company is involved in calibration, testing and rebuilding of CNC machines. The company is managed by a group of professional machine tool engineers from HMT LTD INDIA. Till date about CNC 1200 machines have be calibrated in India and abroad. More than 10 CNC machines especially imported have been rebuilt to the satisfaction of the customers. The range of calibrated CNC machines includes CNC Machining centers, CNC lathes, CNC SPMs, CNC Grinders, WEDM, JIG BORING and other CNC machines. We are equipped with RENISHAW Laser Kit XL-80 for Linear Calibration, Auto-collimator with 12 Position Precision Mirror for Rotary Calibration, Wireless Ball Bar QC-20 for complete assessment of the geometrical accuracies of the slides. We are also having necessary equipment and industrial premises in PEENYA,BANGALORE for carrying out Re-conditioning of CNC Machines.We are ably supported by Ex-Senior Managers with more than 30 years of experience in HMT Limited and by a team of young engineers, master technicians/electricians and other trained staff for rebuilding of machine Tools.
