OBJECTIVE
I desire to obtain a job that is challenging, rewarding and progressing towards a goal of
success. Working for a company with an emphasis on quality, respectability and exceptional
customer service would be ideal. My goal is to aid in the prosperity of that company and at the
same time, further my education as a part time distant education student at Blue Mountain
Community College.

I attended BMCC working towards a two year Associates degree in Computer science and
business.
QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent customer service and people skills. Strong work ethic, quick learner, and have the
ability to work with others or independently. Ability to multi-task and effectively function
under pressure. Strong verbal and written communication skills and great organization skills.
Fluent with both Windows and Macintosh operating systems.
EXPERIENCE
Duties included processing all new business insurance policies, as well as renewals, preparing
financial agreements, processing payments, providing customer service via email and phone,
preparing summaries of insurance policies and payment histories, data entry, assisting agents
and general administrative duties.

Duties included providing customer service, selling wireless service and accessories,
managing customer accounts, processing insurance claims, performing weekly inventory
counts, programming phones and computers, train new employees, processing payments and
make daily deposits.
Duties included operating the cash register, providing customer service, managing customer
billing accounts, monthly payroll, telesales, supervising employees, and processing customers
orders.
