SALIGUMBA of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of Dinaville Subdivision, Maa, Davao City, after having been sworn to in accordance with the law, do hereby depose and state that: 1. That I am the same Ronnel F. Saligumba, involved in a vehicular accident on February 01, 2007 involving my Multicab with Plate No. JBT 133 and that of a motorcycle owned by LBC Express and driven by LOURICO J. TONGCO of LBC Toril, Davao City. 2. That I have already entered an amicable settlement with Lourico J. Tongco, hence, I am no longer interested in filing a case, either civil or criminal, against Lourico J. Tongco or LBC Express nor testify against them in any court or administrative agency, arising from the said vehicular incident. 3. That I am executing this affidavit in order to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing statements.
