Local push buttons inside HSLM hydraulic cabinet General The hydraulic cabinet HSLM is equipped with 3 local push buttons. These push buttons are only for maintenance in local mode. The functions are as follows: Start hydraulic pump Raise rollers Increase counter pressure

These push buttons must be connected to the PLC, because other hydraulic functions are performed simultaneously. E.g. the push button Raise rollers will switch on the pump and simultaneously energize solenoid valve 7.1. By releasing the push button the pump is stopped and the solenoid valve is deenergized. Furthermore the pump is stopped and the solenoid valve is deenergized automatically by reaching the position Roller raised (e.g. 4.11) The pump run time limitation timer will also be activated. Note: If the push button is connected to MCC directly, all these functions are bypassed. This is not acceptable to LOESCHE. The same applies to the pumps in the hydraulic cabinet HSSW.
