This presentation will be a follow-up to Mr. Megarr’s presentation deliveredén February 17, 2009. Since that date, on March 11, 2009, the stipulated orders were formally entered by the federal court, and the clock has begun ticking for CUC to begin meeting deadlines required under the orders. ‘The next immediate deadline for certain deliverables is June 11, 2009. urge all members to attend this critical presentation, Thank you very much.
