While maintaining contraction of the core muscles, perform 10 repetitions of each of these movements. The movements should be performed slowly, while maintaining a neutral spine.

*Leg slides should be performed with stocking feet on a smooth floor (e.g., hardwood). Unless otherwise indicted below, perform this exercise twice daily for 10 repetitions. Repetitions: _____ Hold time: _____ Sets: _____ Repeat _____ times daily.
