CONTRAINDICATION
-In patients hypersensitive to drug or its ingredients -Use with caution in patient with recent M.I. -Use cautiously in patients with GI ulcer, renal dse,, hypertension, osteoporosis, DM etc,

NURSING CONSIDERATIONS
Determine whether the patient is sensitive to other corticosteroids . Tell patient not to stop drug abruptly or without prescribers consent. Warn patient about easy bruising Advise patient receiving long term therapy to consider excercise
