No doubt all of you are a! , arumbling, or just plain frantic, Well, we are not happy a the increase either. But we are not surptised. If all of you had co-operated by keeping things clean and keeping tabs on your kids, this increase might have been forestalled. Do you know how much it costs K.V. for exterminator fees? Do you know where vermin comes from? Litter, improperly incinerated garbage, dog-do on roof-tops and cellars. Did you see what land- scaping costs are? Think of them the next time you let your kids and your dogs play on the grass in the courts. And did you now that vandalism cost K.V. over a million dollars last year? Don't say it's outsiders that are ripping this place apmrt, breaking lights in the basement, throwing things off the roof, It's our kids, improperly supervised by their own parents. Well, up to now, most of us tenants, the good ones, the ones that care, have been victimised by a few who live like there 1s no tomorrow. Well, tomorrow is coming, and we can take some comfort in the fact that they will have to pay the increase too. But wake up, the rest of us! Don't ‘let them keep this up. Stand up for your rights. If you see anvone breaking the rules, report them. If you get no re- ponse from management, call the central office at Fred F. French offices. If they won't do anything to dis- cipline the vandals, call the police. Don't wait for someone else to do it.
