Parameter optimization for Call drop rate which main reason is physical channel reconfiguration slowly Call drop rate NA Checked the CHR data, and found that one reason is that RNC did not received Physical channel reconfiguration message during timer duration. Optimize parameter HOPHYCHRECFGTMR from 5000 to 10000, that is change from 5s to 10s at June 14. Check the voice call drop rate, it is better after optimization. See the figure below,
