1.0 Introduction - You may include information on needs analysis and syllabus design - You may refer to different sources for information, but make sure of correct citation, or else you are at risk of plagiarizing. - Google APA format for information on citations, in case you want to include information from other sources. - Include information on your respondents. - Include a brief introduction on the syllabus that you designed.

2.0 Presentation of Findings - Summarize the findings of your survey. - You may include SOME graphs in your summary. When you present the findings of your survey, using graphs is more presentable. You can use Excel/Words to form graphs (any type of graphs). It does not mean that you will have graph for every question, choose a few significant results (or whichever suitable) from your survey and have a few graphs to present the findings.

3.0 Presentation of Syllabus - Your syllabus should follow this format:

- You may refer to your Huraian Sukatan Pelajaran KBSR for guidance in preparing the table above. - After producing the table above, write 4 paragraphs (1 for each week) of

explanations on the content of your syllabus. Dont forget to relate then with your survey findings. Here you have another option - You can explain the course content for each week in the table itself - it means that you do not have to have another 4 paragraphs to explain your syllabus. (I would highly recommend you to follow my suggestion).

4.0 Conclusion - You may reinforce (not repeat) your points from your introduction. - You may also include your opinions on needs analysis and syllabus design.

Before appendices, have a list of references (the names that you cite in introduction)
