HalfwaythroughmyinternshipatCrabtree,Ihavelearnedalotincludingtime managementskills,administrativeprogramming,websitemaintenance,andIhave alsogrownasawriterintermsofgettingtoknowadifferentaudience.Ihave learnedhowtonavigateandcontroltheprogramsCrabtreeandthelocalfood programuses,whichallowsmetoworkfaster.Ihavealsogainedafamiliarization withthepaceoftheofficeandhavegrowncomfortablewithcompletingalotof workinasmallamountoftimeefficiently.Ihavewrittensmallerblurbsand updatessofarandamworkingonthe10%Challengearticle,whichallhavegreatly improvedmywritingskillsasIhavecateredmylanguagetomeettheneedsof farmersandthosewhowouldbeinterestedinsupportingthem. 2. MysupervisorandIhaveagreatrelationship.AndreaJaegerisveryprofessional andorganizedlikemyselfandwegetalonggreathavingthosecharacteristicsin common.Ifeelverycomfortablewithherandfeellikeshehashelpedmewithmy communicationskillsaswell.Ihaveanequallywonderfulrelationshipwithmy outdoorsupervisor,Sara.Sheisverykindandhelpfulandhastaughtmeagreat dealaboutgardeningandfoodsingeneral.TherestofthestaffandIgetalong greataswell.Weoftenhavelunchtogetheronthefarm,whichreallyhelpsme keepupwithwhatishappeningoutsidetheofficeandwiththeallofthe programs.
