Lay out all equipment and start setting it up Continue setting up the equipment. Soundcheck the system using a Macbook. Pan to check speakers work. Soundcheck choir. Set levels. Mix with backing tracks. Soundcheck small groups and soloists. Set levels. Final rehearsals. Double check levels. Ensure the desk remains set up for the evening performance.
