In response to the preliminary conciliation and, or mediation hearing set and presided by the honorable Chairman Armando Bercenio on March 28, 2012, six in the evening ( 6pm) where we, both the undersigned (complainant) and Amador Villafuerte (respondent), with Ms. Cherry Guardo, secretary present, having no amicable settlement reached hereby submit to the endorsement of our case to the Lupon ng Tagapamayapa set on April 12, 2012 at six in the evening (6pm).

WHEREFORE, in compliance, I am filing the KATARUNGANG PAMBARANGAY FORM No. 7. Please receive attached said document therein.
