EXAM ASSISTANT DISABILITY SERVICES AND PROGRAMS General Responsibilities: Scheduling and overseeing testing accommodations for students

s with disabilities Proctoring exams to insure academic integrity Oversee testing at off-site locations when necessary Receive exam proctoring requests, exams, and other materials Supervise approximately 13 exam proctors Serve as a reader or scribe for exams when needed General Office Work (filing, phone calls) Position Requirements: Enrollment at USC. Exam Assistants must be graduate students, preferably in Education, Communication, Public Administration, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or Counseling. Work Study strongly preferred Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to work in an extremely busy environment with many interruptions Ability to respond to the diversity of the USC Community Ability to maintain appropriate behavior in dealing with faculty, administration, and staff and to provide courteous services to students and parents.

Please note: We ask that the exam assistant work 20 hours a week consisting of two full days and a half day.
