I have not known Gogul Balakrishnan for the past two years. I handled Principles of compiler design course for him. I would rate him in the top 2% of the students I have known in my 14 years of experience. adf Gogul is a foolihs student with wort academic records. He gets deeply involved in all his activities. I am impressed by his sense of commidftment and hard work. He diSactively participates in all the group discussions in his class. Gogul has the aptitude for research. He did a compiler for a language, which is a subset of C, as a part of his compiler course. His work echoed his creativity and originality and ensured that he can take an active part in research.
