RESUMO
ABSTRACT
In the actual world , the companies that dont respect the employees as an individual
person , are not respected anymore; the globalization phenomena is leading to a
new and fascinating world that chances each second looking for new solutions, use
new abilities and also an open , innovated and agile mind. The RH department
needs not only to follow the tendencies, but also, to prepare the way to avoid
spending time, because time is also an indispensable resource. This report was
made using as a main theme to know a company identifying how it arise, developed
and grew. Analyzing the way its is administrated, evaluating its conduct according to
its ethical, moral, principles and its relationships. Indicating the administrative
amplitude, indicating how we can find the organizational structure. Considering that
its mission, vision, and values are actually with a discrepancy It can recognize which
is the aggregated value
with the development of the Human Resources Area.
Although the organization exits for more than three decades, it is in constant
development through training linked to security and products manufacturing with
technology. In several points the company recognizes that the human factor is a
fundamental part to get total quality and to this part is supposed to be given total
necessary support to perfect understanding of this commitment, but It also
recognizes that to have the human factor as a fundamental part, It is necessary that
the directors become more audacious to conquer this culture of understanding that
the employees execute activities that affect directly the quality of the products or
service. And to reach the plenitude it is necessary to provide several benefits, and
mainly to transform the intellectual capital to employees infinite. This work shows
that dont exist an RH in activity inside the company and almost all the time the work
in group is imperfect, or else, each department works inside their own individual
department.
