Q1) How many employees work in your Mumbai Office ? There are arround 3000 employees working in our organization at Powai. Q2) What is the level of attrition in your branch? No comments as it is against companies policy. Q3) What is the motivation policy of your company? When we talk about motivation [policy there are particularly 2 approches Internal and External Approch. Internal approach: In this aproach relationship of the employees with the company is important. Job satisfaction & job security are the two impartant parts of the internal approach. External approach: In this approach monitary rewards are very important which is performance based.

Q4) What activities are undertaken to effectively promote team building, motivation? On a personal level we have quarterly performance award to promote team synergy and annualy we give corporate team awards to the team which performs better. Fun at crisil: We provide our employees with well- equiped gyms, cafeteria and get away such as picnics, offsides, and annual day events.

Feedback given by employees: We have suggestion box at every floors, we also conduct managers meeting with employees every month to discus their issues and we have a town hall in which we disscus on certain top priorities issues with the CEO of the company which is conducted Quarterly.
