NEIGHBORS an CARRIE NEIGHBORS, who were unlawful users of a controlled substance, knowingly and unlawfully possessed in and affecting commerce firearms, and received firearms which had been shipped and transported in interstate and foreign commerce, namely, a .357 caliber Smith & Wesson revolver, Model 686-1, serial number AWZ2585; a .45 caliber Smith & Wesson pistol, Model 4506, serial number TCF7106; a .38 caliber Rossi revolver, Model 885, serial number W142735; a .357 magnum caliber Sturm, Ruger and Co. revolver, New Model Blackhawk, serial number 35-17029; a .22 caliber Marlin rifle, Glenfield Model 60, serial number 26413128; a .22 caliber Marlin rifle, Model 60W, serial number 04146771; a 22caliber Mossberg rifle, Model 151M-B; a .22 caliber Remington rifle, Model Speedmaster 552; a 12 gauge Beretta shotgun, Model S686 Special, serial number D37598B; a 10 gauge Browning shotgun, Model Invector BPS Special, serial number 12973NY 192; and a 12 gauge Remington shotgun, Model 870 Express, serial number X104366M.
