best of something or somebody Olivier. Bodega is a character from Bodega Dreams who had the qualities and actions of the range of human nature, he improve Spanish Harlem, he used the help of people to destroy anything that comes in the path of his dream, and he is paradoxical meaning that he is the type of person who will sacrifice his life for the good of others. The first reason why Bodega has the qualities and actions of the range of human nature is because he improves Spanish Harlem. He rent the people a room for cheap, he also gives people money to go to college. We signed the lease, then got friends and family to help us pack up and move into a two-bedroom apartment, two buildings down on the same block as the burned out building. (Ernesto Quinonez 150) That show how helpful Bodega is because and how Chino got the apartment from him with no problem. Bodega really had the qualities and an action of the range of humans nature because he used the help of many people to destroy everything in the path of his dream. When Salazar got killed no one really knew the reason why but chino guessed that Sapo had something to do with the murder because Salazar was not by bodegas side so I think bodega asked Sapo to kill him. Sapo was someone who was capable of doing something like that, so I think Bodega paid him money to execute Salazar. Since Sapo was a little kid he had the anger into him to do something

like that. He was one of the kids who didnt really care about anything because once he dug his teeth into a teachers elbow just for insulting him in class. Sapo got so mad, he shot straight up from his seat and thrust himself at Blessington so they were face to face( Ernesto Quinonez 90) This is how I can show that Sapo is someone who is tough enough and capable of Killing Salazar. Bodega is a paradoxical person, he is harming the community by selling drugs but at the same time he is doing his best to improve Spanish Harlem. He is doing something bad to have the opportunity to do something good. The same money he is making selling drugs to the people in the community is the same money that he is using to improve the lives of the people in the neighborhood. Its a matter of where yor standing, where your coming from. Willie Bodega doesnt sell rocks. Willie bodega sells Dreams. (Ernesto Quinonez 33). This is how you know that Willie Bodega is a paradoxical person, because he is doing all the illegal things to make money and he is using this money to help out the people living in the neighborhood. This is why sometimes we need to do something wrong or bad for the best of something or somebody because the bad things you do sometimes overcome the good things that you do. Just like this quote from Shakespeare said: Nothing is either good or bad but thinking make it so. The illegal things that bodega was doing wasnt that bad for him because all he did with the same money he made was to help the people who was living in Spanish Harlem. Bodega was basically living for his community.
