MANUFACTURING FACILITY OF PIPE PLANT

EOT CRAIN One E.O.T Crain of 30 m/t capacity, Suitable for handling upto 27 m/t HR Coil easily. With 2 hoist of 30 m/t & 10 m/t capacity respectively. Also we have one 7.5 m/t E.O.T Crain for pipe production, end facing, Hydro testing & dispatching. SLITTING LINE We have two slitting line, One upto 1550 mm & another upto 500 mm width HR Coil will slit easily. Capacity of slitting 1.00 mm to 5.40 mm thickness HR Coil. PIPE MILL We have two pipe mill one from NB 15 mm to 50 mm & another for NB 65 mm to 125mm respectively. We have the capacity of rolling from 1.00 mm to 4.50mm & 2.00 mm to 5.40 mm For two mill. We have the scope of manufacturing IS: 1239, IS:1161, ( IS:9295, IS:3601, IS:10577 & IS:4923. already applied & we hope for getting approval very shortly). We have the scope for producing various SHS & RHS from (25x25 to 113.3x113.3) & (50x25 to 145x82) respectively. HYDRO TESTING We have the scope of HYDRO TESTING of our entire production quantity of each shift. LABROTORY We have well equipped physical & chemical laboratory in our plant. The scope of all the physical & chemical testing We also have SPECTOMETER for instant checking of chemical composition for received HR Coil.

5-Jun-13 We have also have FURNACE for normalizing the roller when required. We also have the capacity for threading of our entire production for 15 mm to 125 mm By two pairs of threading machine. TEAM We have an experienced and dedicated team from RAW MATERIAL procurement to Finish pipe dispatch.
