Swordhand #1:
Attack: Left foot forward Left roundhouse punch Right roundhouse punch Defense: Right foot forward Right outside block Right inside block Right hand chop to opponents neck Right side kick Cross over into Kiba Dachi Right lower block (Gedan Barai)

Swordhand #2:
Attack: Left foot forward Left roundhouse punch Right roundhouse punch Defense: Right foot forward Right outside block Right inside block Right side kick Right hand chop to opponents collar bone

Swordhand #3:
Attack: Left foot forward Left roundhouse punch Right roundhouse punch Defense: Right foot forward Right outside block Right inside block, pivot left 90 degrees into Kiba Dachi and reverse groin strike Right side kick

Swordhand #4:

Attack: Left foot forward Left roundhouse punch Right roundhouse punch Defense: Right foot forward Right outside block Right inside block Right straight upward re-enforced punch to opponents throat Right side body slam Right reverse back donkey kick to the groin

Swordhand #5:
Attack: Left foot forward Left roundhouse punch Right roundhouse punch Defense: Left foot forward Left inside block Left outside block Left sided bodyslam and groin punch Pivot left 180 with right handed strike to opponents face/nose and land in kiba dachi stance Left chamber

Swordhand #6:
Attack: Left foot forward Left roundhouse punch Right roundhouse punch Defense: Left foot forward Left inside block Left outside block Right front kick Right elbow strike Right groin punch

Swordhand #7:
Attack: Left foot forward

Left roundhouse punch Right roundhouse punch

Defense: Right foot forward Right outside block Left outside block Right chop to opponents temple Left chop to opponents throat Right spear to opponents sternum

Swordhand #8:
Attack: Left foot forward Left straight medium punch Right roundhouse punch Defense: Right foot forward Right stomach block and left handed palm up spear to opponents throat Shuffle to the left and kake Kick to inside of opponents left knee with right instep

Swordhand #9:
Attack: Left foot forward Right straight medium punch Defense: Left foot forward Left inside block with hand Pivot on left foot 180 degrees and strike with right back fist to opponent s head Left hand on opponents shoulder and right hand under opponents arm, flip opponent over

Swordhand #10:
Attack: Left foot forward Left roundhouse punch Right roundhouse punch Defense: Left foot forward Right inside block Right outside block and simultaneous shita tsuki Go under opponents arm holding arm and flipping opponent over
