LEARNING INSIGHTS Time Management I learned to wake up early and go to work on time. I go to work regularly and do my work properly. Thus becoming hardworking and dedicated to work. In my five months in my work, I learned to accept my mistakes and say sorry to the patients in hurting, same with my co-workers or even my superiors I learned to understand the emotional feelings of my patients, rich or poor. And try to understand them especially those patient who are mentally challenged. I gain some knowledge and improving in assisting deliveries. I become more familiarized in my daily routine at the Rural Health Unit.

PROBLEM ENCOUNTERED There is one patient who come to me and ask me, why I dont like to make a prescription medicine? Because every time she came, the Doctor is on leave, out and sick. How can I get medicines if you dont want to make me prescriptions, she said. Until now, Im always argue with patients in medical and dental because I prioritize the senior citizen patients that do not follow the rules and regulations.

HOW PROBLEM WERE RESOLVED I talked to her in a nice way, the Doctor is on leave because he is sick or he is in seminar. Try to understand him also because he is also like us, that he feels tired too. And the Doctor only has the right to make a prescription medicines For the patient.

I always insisted to them, the first, come, first serve basis. I always trying to explain them that they come early so that they were the first to call and serve.
