Some people would argue that if California is spending the money to keep criminals hostage and to protect people and their children then who cares where it is going?

Most people think that if a criminal is in jail then there is not a question of danger and it is not a problem.

Most people would prefer that the money go to things such as building schools and enforcing education, as well as helping with businesses and other things pertaining to everyday life that should be fixed or guided. The amount of money wasted on the Death Penalty is upsetting to many people who work hard for their money

proven to be completely painless.

Others say that the injection is completely painless and that it is not felt by the criminal until the poison has reached the heart of the victim.

The counterargument is contradicting itself when it says that it is painless but not until it reaches the heart. This therefore means it cause pain. Even if the injection doesnt hurt it is still killing another human being which is considered cruel and unusual punishment. This can give the wrong idea to children and young adults. The death penalty, as a whole, is cruel and unusual and should not be allowed in the state of California.

Conclusion Paragraph Restate your People are being killed on Californias

position/thesis in different words. So what? Why is this issue important?

watch. California should not be allowed to kill any human being. Taking away someones life isnt allowed by the criminals so why should the professionals be able to kill a human being. The death penalty is hypocritical and teaches people to be violent and to do to people what they have done to someone else.
