AMUL means priceless The mission statement that is the taste of India clearly tells us the reason for it being, to be the no1 taste of India in milk products To serve the interests of the milk producers. To provide quality products that offer the best value to consumers for money spent.

Strategic plans:
Company should start printing packaging date on

milk pouch. Provide reasonable Margin to retailers as compared to competitors. This motivates them to promote companys milk and milk products. 250 ml milk pouch should make available to retailers for selling, because lower income family has intention to buy small pouch milk. Incentives & schemes should be given to the retailers.

Tactical plans: Production department


In the production department more emphasis should be given on 250 ml milk pouch. 500ml is d least amt of milk pouch we have today in the market. This becomes very difficult for the lower income family to purchase the milk pouches as per their requirements. The vice president of the production department should make sure that 250 ml are produced in good quantity.

Operational plans
As a supervisor I would make sure that the 250 ml pouches reach the retail shops in time. These pouches should be easily available for the locals. I would make sure the quality and the quantity is well maintained. There is no cheating done with the customers. JIGAR JAIN ROLL NO: 10
