1.0 INTRODUCTION 1.1 This report has been by First Choice Consultancy in order to provide an estimate for the construction of the proposed building. This report is intended to provide a preliminary basis for the formulation of financial plan for the project.

3.0 BASIS OF ESTIMATE 3.1 This preliminary estimate has been prepared based on the preliminary architectural drawings listed in Appendix to this report. This estimate is based on current rates obtained by shedule of rates and 3 samples of Elemantal Cost Analysis from previous project. All details regarding structural and mechanical and electrical details have been assumed and need to be varified by the respective engineer.

3.0 BASIS OF ESTIMATE (CONT'D) 3.4 For this project, the method used to prepare this preliminary estimates is Floor Area Method. The total building cost is calculated with this formula: Total cost = Area x Cost/m Gross Floor Area (GFA) Area - Calcutale the area of the building. The measurement method differs according to practise Cost/m GFA - From similar building type and function
