Dillon Law Guardian Award was presented to local attomey Julie Guirzzi- Mosca by Presiding Justice Eugene F. Pigott, Jr. at a ceremony held on Tuesday, June 20, 2006, at the M. Dolores Denman Courthouse in Rochester, New York. Ms. Giruzzi-Mosca was designated to receive the award by the Departmental Advisory Committee to the Law Guardian Program, which annually selects two law guardians from each of the Fifth, Seventh and Eighth Districts to receive this honor. The award signifies vigorous advocacy on behalf of children. The award is named for the late Presiding Justice Michael F.
