    An up counter connected to the address lines of a 2816 EEPROM is used to sequentially count from 11 to 29 in steps of 2. The data lines are connected to a 7-segment display to show the numbers. The read (RD), write (WR) and chip select (CS) control lines are configured for read operations, with the counting sequence stored in binary in the EEPROM registers. An extra switch could be added to select between ascending or descending counting order.
