Course Description
Thiscoursewillprovidestudentsatthecollege/universitylevelwiththeessentialskillsneededtodefine aclearpathforasuccessfuleducationalandprofessionalcareer.Theemphasisofthiscoursewillbeon theelementsofstrategicallyplanningandimplementingasuccessactionplanthroughgoalsetting,time management,leadershipandstressmanagement.

Teaching Philosophy

Thiscoursewillbebasedona100pointscale.Threeassignmentswillmakeup60percentofyourgrade. Areflectionessaywillmakeup15percentofyourgrade,andafinalportfoliowillmakeupthefinal25 percentofyouroverallgrade.
