Submitted by: Radwa Othman Sec: 3 BN: 22

Objective:
Apply the VSD theories on a laboratory model of an Induction motor

Rsults:
% First: we plot V/F F = [0 5 10 15 20 30 40 50 60]; V = [0 24 34 44 55 80 105 128 128]; figure (1) plot (F,V)

% As we notice the curve is "almost" linear till it reaches the % Vrated = 128 Volts, then the relation becomes a constant line % where V doesn't increase

% Second: we plot Torque against speed for different frequencies T = [0 0.2 0.4 0.6 0.8 1 1.2]; T1 = [0 0.2 0.4 0.6 0.8 1]; n1 n2 n3 n4 = = = = [1777 1750 1718 1676 [1484 1465 1445 1423 [1187 1170 1150 1125 [887 870 850 827 800 1625 1547]; 1394 1360 1315]; 1100 1067 1025]; 765 714];

figure (2) plot (n1,T1) hold on plot (n2,T) hold on plot (n3,T) hold on plot (n4,T)
